Klas Törnblom in multicoloured horn.
I bought this razor a couple weeks ago and it shaves very nicely but the scales were boring black plastic, too loong and too fat for my liking so I made a new pair of scales out of horn.
The wedge is made out of lead from an old car battery, I was a bit worried about it being too heavy but it was not a problem and the balance is just fine.
Before.
After.

Thanked: 3227Really like what you did with those scales. Always loved the look of horn scales and those have nice colouration to them too. I sometimes think a lead wedge helps counter balance the blade better. Very good job.

Very nice work Baxxer! The razor has changed significantly.
I wish I could be able to do the same work to many of my boring, black and plastic scales razors.
