    Default felt thickness

    Hi,

    Can anyone tell me the approximate thickness of the felt on a felt paddle strop? I'd like to make my own and I'm sourcing materials.

    mine are 1/4" thick

    Try this place.

    the Southeastern Felt Store - F-1 White Wool Felt

    I used the 1/4" thick stuff but probably could have gone with the 3/16".
