Cheaper high grit wet/dry sanding packs
I'm not sure if a lot of people have seen these, so I thought I would throw them out there. * I am not associated with this company in any way, I just like their products*
I found these in the $8.99 pack at my local hobby lobby and they can be found with other products at their website. Alpha Precision Abrasives
Wet/dry 3.5" x 8" sanding sheets in 320, 400, 600, 1k, 2k, 4k, 6k, 12k for $8.99 (1 sheet of each grit/pack). They worked great for me, don't get soggy or slick when wet, and a light rub with a brillow pad and air dry, and each 1" strip I cut was good for two razors a piece.

I like them a lot, you can usually get them if you have a hobby lobby near you, no woodcraft within an hour drive of me, and they are much cheaper than the micromesh pads; which is a plus.

I've used these quite a bit. The last longer than normal wet/dry. Really a great value

They are, and I really like the fact that I can drive 15 minutes down the road and pick up a pack if needed; versus having to wait 7-10 days for the mail
