Thanked: 3Greaseless Compound
Can anyone think of places where I could locally buy Greaseless compound? store types, large retail stores etc? I have tried Lowes, HomeDepot, Northern Tool, Ace Hardware with no luck. Didnt know if there were specialty shops I should try etc. With it being as hot outside as it is would like to avoid shipping so they dont melt.

Thanked: 10Have you checked automotive paint suppliers? The places that sell restoration stuff, or if you have a local WoodCraft store, they might.

The time you spend looking driving around you end up paying more on gas than just buying the greaseless online. It's pretty cheap stuff. It's one of those products that are hard to find being sold locally. Unless you live close to one of the online retailers that actually sells the stuff and also has a walk-in store.
