    Default Blade protection

    What is the best way to protect a shave ready blade (and my fingers!) when rescaling a razor.

    If you are done polishing the blade, then a piece of electrical tape similar to taping the spine of a razor when honing should do the trick and allows you to test fit the blade to the scales.
