    Here it is, like I said it wasn't a long slice, but a deeper "chop" into my hand, it's healing really quickly (another good thing about being cut by a straight razor)...sorry my hands are pretty beat up and aint' too purdy to look at!

    Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.

    I've cut myself worse lacing up the blades.
    Still, Tiddle has shown grace and sportsmanship and should be applauded for that.

    I agree again. I've seen skates do some nasty damage (to my own calf and to a teammate's finger in the locker room.

    But good for tiddle to share his story and remind us that our "toys" have to always be respected.
