    You can mix Jnat dust with oil and you get nugui paste...
    They also mix in, CrO, FeO and other things.

    Yes for hi speed you will need some really fatty stuff, it usually is a pita to clean off.
    In the jewellery workshop we used hot ammonia and ultrasound,
    for your hands... well, other goldsmiths will understand.
