I have sent Joe Chandler about 4 razors for grinding, some of which had excessive wear (junk in my eyes), all came back to me in wonderful like new condition. Joe charges $25 to regrind and this includes honing the blade, I'm pretty sure you'll have a tough time finding anyone who can re-grind a blade better at any cost.
You can contact Joe via email at [email protected]
Hope I quoted your prices right Joe.

I got in touch with Joe and I think I'm going to send him this razor. I took a good hard look at it and it really isn't in that bad shape.
I have a big 'ol 7/8ths full WB wedge and this one is about 5/8ths, I think. The big wedge shaves like a dream, but I thought I'd like to try a narrower wedge to see what that is like (any respect that I may have been building with Josh probably just went down the terlitt).
Plus I'll get a wedge with a JC honing to use as a benchmark.

Spacetoast wanted just a regrind, rather than custom scaling or anything, so here's a little before and after. I did take it apart to clean the shank and regrind it flat, but I managed to save the pin caps, so it was put back to near original.
