Hirso Seven day set restore attempt
Hello all,
Picked up this 7 day set about a week ago. The blades look great, probably never used but the handles were warped pretty bad. I took a cue from gssixgun and made my own jig from 100mph tape and a plastic spoon handle from the chow hall. Heated the handles in hot water from a hot water pot. Not elegant but the results turned out pretty decent. Shaved with Tuesday already and it was rather nice. Enjoy the razor porn.

Very nice razors they are pretty and awesome improvising to straighten out your scales. Where did you find them? I love 100 mph tape...

I found these on the Bay, I bid on two 7 day sets and ended up winning them both. The other set I sent out to gssixgun for repair and honing but kept these to play with myself. There is some really slight surface rust that I need to clean up but they are all shave ready. I've shaved with Tuesday and Wednesday so far and they shave like a dream. I also love 100mph tape, if you can't fix it with 100mph tape and paracord.....
