A solution of warm 50-50 vinegar and water works well to get rid of soap scum. HOWEVER, it must be limited to about 5 minutes and then neutralized with a soap like Spic and Span and then rinsed well; a few tries and the razor will be clean. A pipe cleaner really gets into the areas which are hard to get at like the mechanism of an adjustable TTO.
