    Default replacement ivory scales

I got a pair of razors offa ebay with "celluloid" scales that turned out to be ivory. Only problem is one of the razors is missing a chunk on the end of a scale. I'd really like to keep the ivory thing going, so if anybody has a set of ivory scales for a 6/8 razor (or has access to legal ivory and the skills to make a matching pair of scales) please PM me.

    Thanks.

You could always use what you've got to accent new scales of another sort. I hear ebony and ivory go well together. 'Waste not, want not' don't ya know.

I've got a couple of short razors that the old ivory scales could be trimmed to fit. My favorite Heljestrand #32 is a prime candidate for this.

Yup. With Sir Paul. But I mean it literally. They do go very well together.
