Thanked: 0Need some help
Well going agains advise I used a dremmel! And can already see the little dings and unevenest that it is leaving behind! So to fix this should I just go down to some 80/120 sand paper and just redo the whole blade? or is it a gonner?

Photos would help a lot, but if the damage is small it can likly be saved. Maybe not a beauty queen.

Thanked: 1184Pic would sure help :<0) ... I bought a real old razor that somebody went after with I don't know what. I have it looking pretty good and I used a dremmel on it with a flap disk. They come in 80 to 180 grits. But without seeing what you got I would say try the paper and if that doesn't look like it is going to help then try and fix. What do you have to lose at this point ? What are you using on your dremmel ? Are the chips on the edge ? And BE CAREFUL with that thing it will bite you !!!
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Thanked: 1072Yep, put the Dremel down. Dont try to fix anything using the dremel either or it's just gonna get worse.
I'd like to see some pics too, but if you've created unevenness I'd be trying to even out by hand sanding.

Edit: What Dremel accessory where you using on the blade."I aint like that no more...my wife, she cured me of drinking and wickedness"
