gave the blade a bit of a clean and made the scales out of mahogany, wax and ca finish
collars are pop rivets, pins are brass and wedge is silky oak
I was squeezing the wedge and scales together when fitting with the blade ,the hole lot shot out of my fingers like an orange seed ,when I picked it up off the concrete floor the was at least 1/4"- 3/8" chip on the edge at the tip so it has gone from a spike point to a round point in one foul swoop alls well that ends well I suppose (after I finished kicking myself)
Happy new year all ,I have somewhat of a hang over this morning
    Kind regards Peter

Nice serpentine shape to the scales on that one.

    That's "fell swoop".

Nice work. Especially on the rounded tip.
