Hopefully someone has experience with gluing escher labels back on.
My 1"x5" stone's label is perfectly intact and clear coated, but it got moist and slipped off the stone.
I have had it off for 6 months or so, but decided I want to re-apply it.
For preparation, I lapped the stone lightly with my dmt, and the backside of the label is still "paper like" (not saturated by the clear coat).
I have considered using 3m spray glue on the label, affixing it then weighing it down with some heavy books.
I had also considered painting epoxy on the back of the label only, but I dont want to risk it squeezing out the side (label is only 4")
Any help as to which type of glue has worked for you and your method would be greatly appreciated.
