Thanked: 0Starting my first restoration.
So I picked up a questionable shape Dublduck on Ebay. No pitting, but lots of water marks, some light rust, cracked scales, and a really heavy spin wear on the toe end also toe is pretty heavily curved up. I will post starting pictures a little late today.

Sounds great, it's a beautiful thing to put an old razor back on the line.

Thanked: 0So far I have flattened the edge getting rid if most the toe wear. Rebeveled the edge and started to hand polish the blade. Once that's done then I will Work on new scales.
I've reworked a lot of knives. I have to say this is defiantly more work.

First I first I tried to remove the toe wear and started sanding the blade to remove rust and spots.
