    Default Puma

    Hi,
    I got this Puma that has a little of pitting on the blade and I am not sure about the firsdt grit to use

    May anybody please help me to choose?

    It does not look that bad from that picture unless the other side looks worse, I would just try some metal polish. If you start sanding on it you will loose the etching and stamping. What is all of that stamped on there anyway? Wonder if it was a display or razor for a salesman? Hone it up and shave with it.

    Those are the patent numbers in various countries. All the Puma No. 1938 I have seen have this design. With this razor, I would likely start from scratch and reset the bevel on a 1k.

    I want one! and yeah just use some mother's on that man you'd be surprised how much you can do with a rag and some metal polish

    Keep the polish away from whats left of the gold and the lettering if you can...
