Default Tried new Loctite adhesive this week...Great stuff!

This may not be new to some of you guys, but it was for me. This is the new/ish "hybrid super glue" by loctite. I have been trying to get some brass liners to hold to some birdseye maple using: defcon 2 ton epoxy, gorilla glue, zap a gap to no avail. I saw this at lowes and decided what the heck. It held! Man, it held like crazy. It has consistency of a thin gel...well, not quite gel, but thicker in viscosity than the liquid stuff. It has a 30min open time w/ 24hr. cure. It cures crystal clear, so it could be used for a CA finish, but leaves a bit of flexibility, in that it feels like epoxy once fully cured. It touts as being impact, water, and temp. resistant, and seems to deliver. I pulled a little on the brass to check, and it wasn't even flexing, I accidentally left the bottle in the garage the night before I used it, and the temp. got down into the low 30's that night; next morning it was still good as new. I haven't tested the water resistance, but so far I am impressed. I plan to keep atleast 2 bottles of this stuff on hand; definitely worth giving it a shot.

Loctite g20, not sure why the pic isn't working now???? It's in a larger opaque bottle with a long blue spout and cap. I think of it as a mix of super glue and epoxy, but the best of both w/out the draw backs of either.

Is making your fingers stick together a drawback or a plus?
Have to look for it next time shopping.

Tiddle - I did a search for 'loctite g20' but got no hits, so I went to the Loctite UK page and used the product finder - still no hits?

Can you try and get the pic up again, please?

    Regards,
    Neil

Sorry Neil, got it arse backwards...it was Go2. Here is a link to homedepot. Lowes didn't have it on their site, but obviously in the store since that's where I got it originally. Sorry about the pic not showing up again. Here is a link of the stuff @ homedepot's site.

I was surprised how well it worked myself. I had used gorilla glue for years on other projects around the house and shop, but this stuff just blew it out of the water for me.
