Default Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish vs Blue Magic

I have the Mothers Mag and Aluminum polish and like it but after watching a video by gssixgun where he said he uses Blue Magic a lot I am wondering if I should get some as well? What are the differences in the two?

    Thanks

I have 2 things against the Blue magic, one is the ammonia smell (or the one I got smelled like that), second the Mother's is cheaper.
I have been using mothers forever and it works great for me.

I use the MAAS to remove gunk from the blades, to me it just seems to work the best, but for straight polishing, maintenence, and shining up scales or blades flitz is what I reach for.
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.

I had/have the mothers products I tried on my trucks. I wasn't happy with it at all. Now I am an old school semi-chrome polish kinda guy. I had several things I used on cars , boats and big rigs but When I saw Glen using the Blue stuff I got some. Why? I had just acquired several new Double Duck razors and had heard the scales were very delicate when it came to chemicals. If he used it straight onto the duck scales then I knew I could. I also have this old school thought that if it works it smells bad and maybe taken off the shelf because it is toxic soon :<0). So if it's toxic it works in my view. Although I don't think it is and it works great for me. As for the Flitz, never heard of it, never tried it. Having read what I have here I might try it if I ever see it on a shelf for sale but then I will keep it away from celluloid until somebody says it's okay. Somebody ??? (this is where you chime in)............

Oh,,, and if it works , I don't care what it costs or what I have to wear to use it.

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
