    Default My latest restoration

Hi all, hope all is well. I just restored a R. Humphrey's and Compy Sheffield England, c 1875, 6/8+, full hollow and I am having Randydance hone it and it will be made for sale upon its completion. I hope you like it. I made new acrylic scales, 1/8", with a clear acrylic wedge. I had the handles Laser engraved with a panther head by Lasermec at www.lasermec.com. The cost was about $6.00 for both sides. I will be asking $60.00 shipped or trade for a slightly used or new 4000/8000 Norton Hone.

Custom engraving for Razors, Razor Scales and shaving accessories, they can do wood and metal. Prices are very reasonable excellent work. Ask for Jim tell him Damon sent you. For example a set of custom scales cut from wood or plastic along with engraving $6.00-$18.00 roughly depends on detail of graphics, or send a couple of 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices of your own wood with the outline you want for scales and the size and location of various graphics and they will be cut and engraved call for quote or email Jim. Submit your own graphics, (EPS format preferred) logo or monogram. Of course you will have to complete the finishing work such as sanding, finish and pinning. I will post examples from time to time on SRP and Lasermec.

Very nice Damon. And thanks for letting us know about the services of Lasermec, too.

That's dirt-cheap, especially considering that it will be honed by Randy.
