    Default So...am I gonna sand right through this full hollow or not?

    Is it possible to make a blade to thin or not?
    I sanded the crap out of it and finally just decided to give up and list it on ebay with
    "Some old rust has been cleaned of leaving some shallow pitting, it is clearly visible in one of the pictures"


    I gave up cause I figured I'd end up making the blade to thin.
    Is that possible?
    I know disposable blades are super thin, but a straight?
