I heard they won't sell to the public, What site is MST Ray, I can't seem to find it...

They won't sell to the public - I emailed them and asked. They refer you to one of their distributors. The one they referred me to would only accept inter-bank transactions, an expensive option in the UK (even though we are supposed to be in the EU), so I didn't take it any further.

You can get a thuringian for a good price at bessermesser.eu
They will accept paypal from overseas, are nice and they do speak english.
Just send them an e-mail.
