    Default Great razor very tempted.

I was in two minds having a bid on this one, I love the hunting scene on the scales obviously silver inlay, and the blade looks to be in excellent condition, wouldn't take much to get that razor and scales looking sweet.

I actually think it ended up at a reasonable price, given those scales. In fact, I'd go so far as to say I think 52 GBP was a bit of a bargain. I think we've all seen old sheffield wedges with ornate scales go for much much higher than that. Bit weird that the other scale has no inlays though - perhaps that, and the bit of rust, explains the price.

Nice razor, thanks for pointing it out to us.

I've seen one with the same scales sold in Sweden not long ago, remember the 9 dogs!

    Outstanding inlay.

I too had it on my watch list and thought if I was available at the end I may bid, however I was not. I wonder if it is here? I was taken by the inlay most of all as well.

With the spine of the blade pointing up, the inlay appears to be is upside-down.

You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

Yes, it is oddly oriented. But I don't particularly care about any arbitrary rules.

But while in use, the inlay is right side up.
