I have bought from him, last year to be exact, and the service and communication were excellent. All his razors seem to be well above average in how well preserved they are. I bought a Heljestrand MK31 and it was in perfect shape, he claimed it was shave ready and it sure was!
I have wondered about where he gets all these fine razors, just as puzzling as the guy from Japan with the huge selection of NOS Filarmonicas of all kinds... Go figure

Thanked: 104I just put in a bid fror a new 'Klass' solingen razor. I'll see how it goes, He sure has some quality gear, Most of us can't afford it, (Or our wives say we can't!) I'll give a report should I win the bid.

How many pairs of shoes does she have? (& can you close the closet door because of them?)
How many razors do you have?
Case closed!

Thanked: 104I'm afraid common sense doesn't matter (And the bloody shoes cost a lot more than a razor). My troubles happen when the postman arrives with a parcel for me. She opens it for certain, and goes straight for the invoice to see what I spent. Just yesterday a 1k/6k combo stone arrived (Fairly cheap too). Just from feeling the weight of it, she got the shits. Anyway, I think I'll get a post office box, to get her off my back.
Case closed allright. I'll let you know what sentence I get>...lol

Thanked: 104A few weeks later and I bought two solingen razors from rspe7027, 'Ron bill'. Advertising is accurate. I shaved with a lovely Othello 11/16 full hollow, after wiping the oil, once again as advertised, it gave a silky shave 1st up. I was trying to find a reason to get the stones out, but this bloke does sell good stuff. Simple. No idea of shipping to the US.

Thanked: 104Good on you mate, I'm usually pretty cautious about e bay sales, but this guy as you pointed out is the real deal. I recently bought very cheaply, a 11/16 full hollow, mint condition, snakewood handles solingen steel job that was floorless. Perfect, no stropping, just a rinse and shave, perfect. My only query is 'Where does he get his stock from' It's amazing!

Heh, came here to ask if the 7/16 Pfeilring was an unusual razor. I don't see many less than half inch nor many with that point style. If I were not tapped out I might have bid, it looks nice.
