Thanked: 118An edge like that is warped because the edge is stretched. I don't think it would be possible to straighten. Likely the only way to salvage it would be to hone past the warped steel. From the look of it I would guesstimate close to 20% of the blade. It would have to go veerrryyy cheap and be a project razor.

It would be interesting if someone could do some tests and over heat some crap razor on the buffer and see what it looks like.
