Nice blade. I always wait and bid in the last few seconds with my top bid. Bidding ahead just gives too many people the chance to bid you up. Be wise to the way of the snipe. Good luck!

Nice, hope you bring it home. What I'm wondering is whether the reference to Sheffield is because it was made with imported Sheffield steel, or if it is describing the grind, as being typical of Sheffield razors. Curious about that and I guess we'll never know for sure. BTW, way back ebay didn't hide bidders identities. So friends always would know if you were competing with them for an item. I've known guys in the pipe collecting world who had a falling out over that kind of thing.

I saw that as well. M&G imported razors, so it is probably Sheffield made. Why is it so 'perfect'?
