Interesting about the other buyer, if it doesn't work out I do hope at least the seller gives you a full refund.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

If you're gonna sell on Eboy you need to have a system where you don't send things to the wrong place or the wrong items out. I have no sympathy for that type of thing.

Well, whoever got this by mistake refused to return it. So the vendor gave me a 50% refund.
The best I could have hoped for.

Years ago it happened to me - I cross-sent two razors, but the buyers were very understanding and switched them between themselves (I sent them proper shipping labels, so that they had to only stick the new label and leave for the postman to pick it up).
Had one of them decided to just keep the wrong razor he got I'd have never done business with him, and I'd have given full refund to the other guy.

I once won an auction for a painting and a violin by Stradivarius and Picasso. Turns out Stradivarius couldn't paint worth a damn and Picasso was lousy violin maker...

C'est la vie, as they say somewhere...

Happened to me a few years back too. The seller wanted me to send the item to the other buyer, and vice versa I guess. I refused, insisting on sending it back to the seller. Had I sent it to the other buyer, and had I never gotten the item I paid for, all paypal would have had was a tracking # from the original shipping showing "delivered." So I returned what ever it was to the seller and let him worry about getting it to the correct buyer. I don't remember whether I eventually got the item or the refund ......... or even what the obscure object of desire might have been.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I disagree. You should demand a full refund. On your end, the item you received did not match what you purchased. The mix-up is irrelevant.

Well, the cost was only $18.00 originally, so I don't feel that hard done by
    I actually got a $15.00 refund.
It still p****s me off that the the other guy didn't do the right thing and return "my" blade !!
