Sadly, it happens occasionally
I paid for this ebay razor (1st pic).
I recieved this (2nd pic).
Crappy little blade, barely 4/8", no markings or stamps whatsoever.
Still waiting for a reply from the vendor.

That sucks, hopefully it's an honest mistake and the seller makes it right.
Why doesn't the taco truck drive around the neighborhood selling tacos & margaritas???

If the seller isn't cooperative open a dispute and ASAP escalate to a claim. Open and shut case in your favor.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

The same thing happened to me with a brush. I received something I did not buy and it was total crud. I contacted the seller through ebay, and opened a dispute 2 minutes later. Its business. The seller was sorry and I recieved the correct item 2 days later and was told to keep the other as a gift. The seller (with 100% positive feedback) said it was a mixup on her part and was very sorry. Mistakes happen. But I didn't wait around. Act now. I informed ebay the dispute was now resolved, thanked the seller and made another purchase with her. Everyone was happy. Just dont wait around is my best advice. Good luck there Bongo. It should work out.

Agreed, give the seller some time to respond, but it doesn't hurt to open a case soon. I myself have mixed up shipping addresses before. Communication and giving the benefit of the doubt help greatly.

I almost mailed a rare Picasso book to a Strop buyer and a Strop to a rare book buyer yesterday. That would have proved interesting no? Thankfully I got my addresses squared away.

UPDATE.
There was a mix up and the blade I paid for has gone to somebody else.
He has already left positive feedback for the vendor and is not answering messages from the vendor !!
Hmm....Methinks he will try to keep ithttp://straightrazorplace.com/workshop/18504-welcome-workshop-how-do-i-where-do-i-what-do-i-answers-here.html
