Last delivery from Memphis was about two weeks. Most of it was USPS.

Thanked: 25I shipped a kitchen knife from the US to Canada via UPS, got there in 2 days for $17. Shipping a box from CA to CT UPS takes 5 full business days. USPS, I've had stuff CA to CT in 2 days, other times it takes a vacation somewhere, misses the delivery date by a week and then magically shows up. One guy sent a package and USPS lost it for a week or so and it magically showed up 2 days after I called about it. Another time USPS lost a knife a guy sent me for like 3 months, it showed up back at the guys doorstep one day, box half missing, but the knife undamaged.
I used to build fishing rods and would get blanks completely crushed, PVC tubes of blanks with the tube snapped in half, but the blanks OK, etc. Shipping is always a gamble!! USPS is usually pretty quick with the 2 day priority, but I have learned to overpack the boxes to make them harder to damage!
