I'm sure various companies actually made the ducks from Bresnick to Pearlman, including Dovo, or so I've heard at the very end. Of course there were the Puma/ducks and having a few of those, I find a remarkable similarity in feel to the standard ducks. I wouldn't be surprised if Puma made some of the dubl ducks at some point ..... I mean in addition to the those with the Puma logo, some with just the Pearlduck branding.
I've never had a 7/8 or larger duck. I've had a couple of 6/8s, but mostly 5/8. I know of a guy who was buffing a 7/8 Wonderedge and had a moments distraction, trashing the blade. A real heartbreaker.Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 459Maybe 8/8 means that it's the 8th of a set of 8 of them and the other 7 are included but not pictured because they are spotless.

Thanked: 1Hi guys,
I know this is a bit of an older thread.
Does anyone know what happened to this razor?
Did it sell?
Still up for sale somewhere?
Cheers

Not openly on ebay - it was relisted few times, with the latest for 1.5k here 8 8 Dubl Duck Goldedge Straight Razor | eBay
and then the seller didn't list it anymore.
