Default $2,500 8/8 Dubl Duck Goldedge with "Solingen" etching on blade

I believe I have seen a razor like that before, not sure but might be the same one. It is a very unusual combo though. But maybe they didn't want to have to make a new mold of the original Goldedge scales and they just used other scales to fit that big boy in. I don't really care for the solingen on the blade at all. It's a nice looking razor over all though.

It is a original dubl duck box though marked 8/8.

I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a Palmera today ........

That duck in the OP is the first one like it I've seen. Mighty nice. I agree that the price is 'optimistic'. Seems to be a virus of pricing going around. OTOH, it is like playing the lotto. Some big butter and egg man might just pay it without giving it a second thought. Me I'm small potatoes.

I don't recall seeing a razor stamped on both sides. Is it common with Ducks?

That was still around 25 years ago bill, so Jimmy could be younger than you think.

That's a really nice Goldedge! I like how it's a round point. What's the blade width? You'd you find that bad boy?
