    Gee!
Anyone who would list that & say "No apparent damage" strengthens the argument for Water Boarding.

Tom, I have one of those & it is a 13/16" blade but it has about 1.5mm-1.6mm wide hone wear at the spine. It was probably 7/8" when new. I know you probably want better but it has your name on it if you want it. I might have another one around here in better shape. I'll look & see.

W R Case & Sons Straight Razor Razor Hone Razor Strop Bradford Pa Shaving Set

W R Case Sons Straight Razor Razor Hone Razor Strop Bradford PA Shaving Set | eBay

First of all, this set is ridiculously priced! Then I look at the hone & it looks like they tried to paint the letters on it but did a very crappy job. I looked at the strop & it might be authentic but it may not be as old as they are thinking it is. It might have come out when Case made the Tested XX razor. Then again, they might have pained that on the strop but I may be wrong. I can't believe they did that to the hone. These are the same people who have the 7 day set of Green Lizards for I think it was $1599.99 with that nice vintage box they ruined when they cut a lizard out of wood, painted it green & glued it to the box. They want $529.99 for the Case razor, hone & strop.

I have a nice looking Case strop & here it is:

Wow. Those prices. They want beyond retail. There is no way they're a member here, either. I say that because you'd think they'd have a better idea of what to ask for the shaving stuff...

They do say that the shaving stand was made to look primative (i think that means amateur).
I think they may have just had a bunch of green lizards and put them together seing as the box contains 9 razors and none of them looked like they had a day of the week on them.

Yeah Ed, they've had the Green Lizard set up for about a year now & yes it has about 9 razors in it including one that is very hard to find & a hone but that still doesn't justify those prices they ask. They have high prices for everything they have for sale. The first time I saw that set & what they did to such a nice old vintage box, it just made me sick............
