Those have to be the fastest scales ever made. Looks like they even bent the pins to hold the blade in.

One of our favorite bad blades is up again (Looks like a fish hook), but I wanted to point out this guy instead. I bet it was a real looker when it was new, but it seems like cell rot got this one.

Not much left once you move the rust. Even the bolsters are corroded looking.
There is another razor that looks like it was dug up from the ground and the seller has lowered the price to $40. Scales are busted and tell manufacturer can't even be seen under all the red rust.

So.... Clements Machete Extra Special 7 Day Straight Razor Set *UNUSED* Extremely Rare

From the auction listing: 'Seller Notes: “Unused never honed” '

That's a bold claim to make about cutlery that's more than 100 years old. Especially when a detail of his 6th photo shows a small but clear honing plane along the spine. Name: s-l1600a.jpg

Yeah. I bought a "NOS" Union Cutlery razor that was allegedly unused with bad scales. It was actually a different blade with bad scales in a Union Cutlery box. I feel like I got a good deal on it since the blade and box we're in good shape. I knew what it was before bidding.

I wasn't going to post this one here...but it breaks my heart to see a razor being poorly restored.
'This razor has been striped down fully and inspected for imperfections before going through our grinding and polishing process only when we are happy with the blade did we replace the original scales'

Really, those guys should be sued for raping.

Aren't there generally (7) duplicate blades in a 7-day set?

In that set of (4), the blades don't all appear to be the same size.

Could be the photo. Who can say.
