    Ohh ... I could see $300-$350, but not $3500.00 ...........

actually the last guy bid $3050 , si I think it wasn't a mistake at all but a frustration bid cause he knew he wasn't gonna win .. 5 & 0 are to far apart for a "mistake .. I can see adding a 0 by mistake but not in front of the 5 .. im like Dick Tracy with my detective skills today !!

but on a side note I noticed both the original listing and your , or the pic you posted both have that line down the blade .. is the blade thicker as to where it is forced closed to fit in the box ? I havnt saw to many razors with that effect from the scales and found it odd that both have it

It's a half-[****] grind, depending on whom you ask. Ken Hawley has it recorded as half-rattler:

This is what that would have looked like before it was ground all down to wobbly wavy bits. In that condition the poor thing isn't worth a tuna sandwich. If you can read the fine script on the spine, it refers to the grind as Concave

I have seen this before with new buyers. It's fun for them or something but they have no intention of buying at that price. It did sell for too much in the end anyway if you ask me. I agree with Magpie. Where is the sandwich auction ?

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

That razor has more waves along the edge than the Banzai Pipeline in Oahu.

It looks a hell of a lot nicer when photographed by somebody with a real camera and some skill. Its actually a pretty big honkin blade with a nice rounded point. (which is totally lost in the photo I posted)
