Thread: I bought an unuseable razor on the bay

i just recently started selling on the bay to support more buying off the bay ..lol.. i try to picture every flaw and i mention every mark/ding/dent that i can see , i also know that by turning a razor one way or the other i can hide a blemish but i dont and save myself the hassle in the long run even though my razors may sell at a lower price, i feel much better and usually get messages saying your razors were better then described . !! like Sharpton said most dont know enough about straight razors to give a fair condition so if im looking and i come across a questionable image i check to see if they offer returns , if so the risk can be worth the reward, but i dont take advantage of it unless its a major issue and far from what they described ... on one item i missed a chip while bidding from my phone and seller said edge was in great condition !! razor came and there sure enough was a chip !! i sent a message and seller took it right back with no issue although he offered no returns and there was no further ?'s asked ..next time it was listed it mentioned the chip , so truly i think the seller assumed for its age it was in good condition and prob never thought of it as being used but more of a antique for the wall ..
