Thread: Buyer be very aware !

It is very easy to have 100% positive feedback on ebay and it seems to take a lot to get a negative. Which is why even if a seller is a power seller with 99.9 positive feedback, those few negatives are usually very telling.

I have seen vendors with 100% positive feedback selling dremeled to death butter knives as shave-ready . Maybe some people like to collect straight razors as letter openers.

Just last week, I purchased a few straights from a local ebayer and picked them up. He had high quality straights and coticules listed, with descriptives such as "shave-ready, slow on water, fast with slurry, etc.." I would have sworn he was a seasoned straight razor user. When we chatted, I was surprised to discover that he had never shaved with a straight and was just collecting them for that one day when he will have the time to learn how to do so. Very strange!

naaah, checked his recent sales and not a one razor in there! a couple more franken-razors and maybe ill consider it though just cuz i like to watch

They seem to think I need their permission to list my razor."

The ego, the petty repartee. I think that if I sat next to this guy without speaking to him, I'd still want to punch him in the face; he must give out a repulsive vibe of some sort. Even being in the same room with him would leave you wanting to shower.

When someone lies then they are automatically a thief because they stole the truth from you. Some folks will say or do anything to make a buck. Thanks to the folks for exposing this seller.
