It is very easy to have 100% positive feedback on ebay and it seems to take a lot to get a negative. Which is why even if a seller is a power seller with 99.9 positive feedback, those few negatives are usually very telling.
I have seen vendors with 100% positive feedback selling dremeled to death butter knives as shave-ready . Maybe some people like to collect straight razors as letter openers.
Just last week, I purchased a few straights from a local ebayer and picked them up. He had high quality straights and coticules listed, with descriptives such as "shave-ready, slow on water, fast with slurry, etc.." I would have sworn he was a seasoned straight razor user. When we chatted, I was surprised to discover that he had never shaved with a straight and was just collecting them for that one day when he will have the time to learn how to do so. Very strange!

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

Turns out MR PurpleChickenChoker (good one Jimmy) is somewhat bitter about being caught out, he has updated his description again, here's what the Chicken Choker (I thought you could go blind from too much of this?) has to say:
"Due to all the positive feedback I have recieved from the "wanna be" razor Guru's out there I have come to the conclusion that I have a truly unique 1 of a kind treasure here. I guess the J.A Henckels blade upgrade I performed is really getting a lot of attention in the "on-line razor" communities. Who even knew there was such organizations? I even spoke to their leader the grand poo-ba of razor land. Nice guy. He is going to calm down his cult followers before they have a melt down. They seem to think I need their permission to list my razor."

When someone lies then they are automatically a thief because they stole the truth from you. Some folks will say or do anything to make a buck. Thanks to the folks for exposing this seller.
