Personally, I'd give my left arm for that Elite, although then I'd have to learn to shave right handed only!! I'm saving for a horn scaled Elite. Gorgeous razor. That buyer clearly doesn't deserve to own such a beautiful, quality blade. Silly boy!

No, shipping insurance covers only damage during shipping if the shipping company is at fault - i.e. the item was packaged adequately and the package was severely abused during shipping so much that it got damaged.
If the buyer has damaged the razor it will not, and neither should it, be covered by the shipping insurance; it should be covered by the buyer who damaged it.

The add was clear. Me personally, I would not take a return. When questions came from ebay I would show them his response.

Thanked: 220On the plus side, at least he wasn't rude about it. I would not take it back, as the problem has nothing to do with you, but he could easily resell it.

Unfortunately when you sell a razor on ebay, you're opening yourself up to being exposed to all sorts of weird and wonderful people. If your policy is to accept returns then take it back but have a good look for damage before approving the refund.

Here is one of a few photos of the blade. The seller offers "14 day money back guarantee," so that is that. Even if he had 'no returns accepted' ebay is known for siding with the buyer 99% of the time AFAIK.
Nice razor ......... but the ridge on the spine extends all the way to the tang ! .......

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

If you do accept a return from him, post it up here, I'm sure the sale would be a lot less hassle. Personally had it been mine I don't think I could bring myself to put it up for sale.
