Thanked: 2Well after much thought, I accepted the return; however I will thoroughly inspect before refunding. I figured EBay would eventually decide in the buyers favor anyway, plus I did tag the auction as "returns accepted". I've never posted anything here before, but considering the suggestion to do so, I think I'll go that route. I've been exclusively an EBay fanboy; however, I'm slowly becoming disgruntled . Thanks everyone for the insightful input!

Exactly as I mentioned, there is a 14 day return policy, if I want to return it because it gives me bad vibes or just doesn't look right thats my choice - returns accepted, I want to return it, that's all the explanation required.
And yes, eBay will end up going to way of the buyer anyway, so why drag it out....that's one not even worth breaking a sweat over IMO....

I just saw he razor & I would love to have an Elite but what I have now will have to do. I wish him luck.
I'm sure eBay will side with the buyer unless he dropped it & damaged it. They will be able to determine that from the listing & any photos the seller submits. If it returns damaged, they will look at any correspondence between the seller & buyer & when they see this, "the razor tends to fall out of my hand", they will more than likely side with the seller. I do hope it arrives undamaged though. Sure, he offers a 14 day return policy but that is only if it arrives in the same condition it was shipped. I like to look at feedback sometimes, especially if I have an issue with a buyer. I look at their feedback as a buyer & as a seller. Some have a habit of leaving several negative feedbacks which tells you something. Some negative feedbacks I read are flat out ridiculous! I wish gadavier the best of luck in this situation.
