So Many Blades From Japan
Okay where to start...
This eBay seller always has so many beautiful nos blades, hard to find blades, so many all the time..
A couple questions I have immediately are where can I find so many blades cheap enough to re-sell them and make a profit (I would keep them), and is there something fishy going on?
The seller is Japannippon. And I'm not saying they are having workers in some secret shop manufacturing.. nothing crazy like that... I just want to know what their secret is! Lol where do all these blades come from!
Did people in Japan and surrounding countries buy countless razors keep them nice prefect until now?
Does the seller have a team of buyers working around the clock? ... so many questions unanswered.
Hehehe
What do you guys think? Ever come across these blades and wonder?“You must unlearn what you have learned.”

He could simply have come a cross a large estate sale.
Wouldn't be the first time. We used to have a member had soooo many razors for sale he'd buy in big lots.

I remember seeing that post and was just blown away at what he had simply sitting around in bags, just dozens of beautiful razors, still amazes me to see that post, some stunning blades in that lot, lots of big choppers with thumb notches as well...sigh!
And yes, JNippon has quite an assortment....I'm sure I've bought one or two from him...never a problem.

Thanked: 56The thing that bugs me about those posts is that every one starts off with "RARE!" even if there are 4 or 5 of the same thing posted in a row. Can't really be that rare...

Thanked: 580That guy has been selling razors as long as I have been looking. He does have a lot of razors but take a good look before you purchase. Seem a bit on the steep side price wise to me.

Thanked: 315There are a few sellers in Japan that have quite a few straight razors that are NOS or in very good condition. They are pretty expensive (not saying they are overpriced necessarily, just expensive for someone like me). It is interesting though.
I thought I read here one time that nice straight razors were easy to find in Japan. I'm not sure though.

Thanked: 4826There are a couple of seller in Japan with amazing razors. Several others with piles of junk. When I very first started I had the chance to buy a lot of 1500 razors for 3500. I had no idea what I was looking at or for. I did get a lot of pictures and an inventory. It was too much for me at the time, and he would not budge on anything less than everything. I often wonder who did get that giant lot. I also wonder how good it really was.

LMAO! Rear! You're killing me.
1500 razors for 3500? Might have to sell my car..
Yeah, the guy has been selling nice blades, a whole lot of them for a while now. It's hard to imagine he bought a bunch of them at once, but maybe HE bought that 3500 pack... Hehehe
I'll probably buy a few over time from him but I've been hesitant to do so.
