    Default eBay return?

    I just got a Boker 1056 in the mail today. The blade had some cracks in it and it is chipped. The seller wants me to send it back to them. Ummmm....how does this work? Shouldn't I be going through PAYPAL or eBay and make arrangements through those sites instead of just sending it back to the seller? I'd like a refund on the purchase.

    How have yall done this in the past?
