Srdjan.... I am happy you won!!!
I've had a package that was "marked delivered" to my community mailbox. I tracked the package daily. When I got the notice it was delivered, I opened my bin.....NOTHING! I filed a complaint with Canada Post. Notified the seller and eBay. Evidentially, the mail carrier put the parcel in someone else's mailbox. BUT it was marked "delivered". I got a refund and never saw the package. I would have rather gotten my package instead of the refund from eBay. I hope to never have to worry about a mis-delivered package again. But I am sure it will happen to me or someone else. I'm not a fan of the community mailboxes. Too easy to make mistakes. I hope the dishonest person who has my missing straight razor gets "what they deserve" sometime or another. Karma can be a mean one at times! Is it over there or over yonder?

You seem to be a stand up guy. You made the effort to talk to the post office, filed the complaint and actively participated in the resolution of the issue. It's too bad you never got your razor and I also hope the seller got compensated, too, cos it seems this was the fault of the Canada post.
I've had a coticule from the Ardennes get lost as well. I tracked the package and talked to Anne@Ardennes daily, trying to resolve the issue. The carrier was Yodel, I remember this like it was yesterday, it was such a pain to get them on the phone... Eventually, I realized the package got stuck in one of their delivery centres, through their own fault. They told me it was stuck with them for too long, that it would have to be returned and there was no way to get it delivered to me anymore. I informed Anne of my findings and kindly asked her to send me another stone, while they wait to either get the original one back, or get reimbursed by Yodel. She was kind enough to do that and I think they got reimbursed properly. Incidentally, I spoke to her again a few days ago and it was a very pleasant conversation. As the time passes, so we learn.

I've about decided selling on eBay is simply more trouble than I care to suffer.
