I've lost enough to never think I'm going to win. I just let the snipe do what it does with the amount of money I have, with a fair amount of delusion, to lay out. The last time I did that I was outbid by over $100.00. I knew it was a longshot. I gave out a slight whimper, a little sniff, and went to the back of the line. Right now I have only two gaps in my portfolio. I'll keep trying to fill those gaps because it is fun, even when you lose.

Thanked: 4821There was a very nice razor I wanted on the bay the other day. I did not get it. It went for three times my max bid, and I did have the winning bid between 4 and 6 seconds left. It's both fun and funny to watch them go sometimes.
