Yes, I also have a Frederick Reynolds 9/8, with the same "action etching" of, The Celebrated, Hollow Ground Razor, For Barber's Use, on the blade face. It's not an etching type stamp, seems like one of the lighter quick film type etching, I have a few razors with this lighter type etching...here's one of the only photo's I have that you can somewhat see the etching, followed by another pic of the razor, you have to look really close to even see it's remnants:
