Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I've found these similar jasper slabs for sale on eBay, the seller refers to them as "Print Stone Jasper"

A custom made natural hone that has to be soaked for 5 minutes in water? Looks like a roof tile to me.

Joamo, you Brother get the Gold star, I think you nailed it, THANKS.

Sebastian, I did chat with the Gent, he is "Keeping trade secrets" which is Cool, the re-naming so as to sound German whetstone is OUT there a little ways but what can ya do.

I have access to some picture Jasper and had a suspicion,, though the colors are Brown,Tan, Black and some greens.

Hacker7, did you bid to get the stones? or private sale? Thanks.

If I get a nice slab of this stone, I'll call it "My Big Bloody Hone" Going for 3"X10-12" and 3/4" thick. Australia is a place I have friends who we exchange cultural oddities and Rifle parts.
and I am checking with the AUS Gent about getting exactly what I want and for a fair price.

Hi Fal, I bid for them. I bought a coticule and a few naturals. Prices were always fair. I did not purchase any of his custom made hones. He did give me one to try and I am pleased with the performance as a pre finisher.
