Its like the stock market, buy low sell high.
or the flippers doing the same to houses.
Buy low, shine it up a little, sell high."The production of to many usefull things results in too many useless people."

Or as was the case with one razor I got from a lot, shine the bejeesus out of it, sell it low and the customer will never get rid of his fingerprints....

Thanked: 169You're better off swing trading than trying to get rich off of razors... You really are...

Thanked: 18He's perma blocked on mine as well....at least one of his names is. He has at least two that I know of. He tried extort a partial refund against a razor I sold him because according to him (54 days after delivery mind you) it wasn't exactly the size I said it was (I describe everything as approximate sizes to avoid this type of thing) by less than 1/4mm according to his calipers and after I told him to get bent (I follow all ebay rules and am VERY careful with my listings to make sure they are accurate) it was up for sale for more than twice what I sold him for and only new scales. I've heard from several people he's tried using this tactic with them as well.

Thanked: 169He seemed to be planning that scam with me as well... here is our back and forth:
Romanian
Is it 1 inch wide or less?
kcb5150:
There is a photo of it laying on a measurement scale... it couldn't be more clear....
Romanian
I saw the photo, but photos can be misleading. That is why I am asking the question. If you answer it I'll make one more offer, otherwise I thank you for your time.
kcb5150:
It's as measured... if the dimensions weren't being accurately portrayed I would have re shot the photo.... why would I want to make headaches for myself... besides, once you reset the bevel you would lose a touch of material regardless... no further offers are necessary from you. Goodbye.
Romanian
I can take a photo of a 15/16 blade and make it look slightly over 1 inch. You can fool someone else, but it ain't gonna work with me.
Goodbye
kcb5150:
Well it is a head on photo not isometric and you can see the spine a hair below the 8/8 marker so idk what your problem is. I don't need to be insulted, (edited out here, tos gray area on srp) you can read how many ppl say my stuff is exactly as described or better than described... Anyway, I'm done... I never thought I'd see the day I would get attitude from someone when offering a fbu butcher under 250usd that isn't reground or a pile of rot...
Romanian
If it's really 1" wide you could have simply answered that, and not deviate from the subject
Kcb5150
You have eyes, is it hitting or exceeding the 8/8 marker? No. I answered that before you ever typed a word to me.... it says 8/8 nowhere in my listing so you are the one projecting.. If it were 8/8 and in the proper horn scales I would be asking much more.. Again, goodbye forever
Btw please do me a favor and pm me all the handles of his you know so I can add them if I haven't to my block list. Thanks.Last edited by kcb5150; 07-28-2016 at 09:10 AM.

Thanked: 18He absolutely waits until after he restores them and sets the bevel to try and pull the size scam. He will demand a partial refund or a return with shipping at your cost. Guy is a clown. He also has things shipped to a california address for both accounts to avoid giving out his romanian address.

Thanked: 169A lot of foreign buyers use remailing logistics services to get around the shipping filters some of us use. Tbh, I think it is a violation of terms for them to be listing their location as a po box a logistics service collects from and therefore they should get zero protection but ebay never protects sellers.

Thanked: 169Anytime you have a mailing name where you get a letter sequence followed by numbers to be put where the name is, that is a foreigner using a us based remailing service
