You never really know. Buyers back out of deals more than you might think, deals fall through, and then it's up to the seller to recoup their time and investment. I wouldn't just assume the buyer is shifty. But I may be biased because I've gotten burned as a seller before. Who knows

Yea, true enough. Just found it strange. Was just auction, it sells. Now it's up for buy it now, for a substantial amount more than what it sold for. But you're right. That's just an assumption as to why.
