Thanked: 4822I suspect that the shipping Center has a contract with a buyer that sells off all of their non return items. A liquidator of sorts. The sipping Center likely gets a percent of sales for their non shippable items. A buddy deal is common in these thing. The copying your ad is wrong and the side deals always stink if you ask me. I have always hared global shipping from a buyers perspective. It’s very expensive, it is very slow, and I have had a few purchases rejected. I no longer even look at anything that says global ship for shipping, it has just left me with a sour taste all around. This story has not improved my point of view.

I wish I could have a choice but if I see something I want on the bay, I really just have to accept the shipping I am given.
The Glopal Shipping thing is bizzare, my package goes back and forth across the US before eventually arriving in Canada and does take a lot longer but I haven't had any problems yet.
I quite like UPS because things tend to arrive much faster.
I get my prescriptions from Costco online pharmacy and they arrive within two days usually from Concord, ON by either Canada Post or UPS- - Steve
