man, WTF. why can't people just state the obvious. they bend the truth each and everytime it seems. i mean Tommyrazor on ebay sells a ton of razors. you would think the guy would have a clue by now. we just had a post not too long ago from a member who met him in person to look over his goods. if you read this fill us in on the type of person he is.

heres my latest encounter with him:

ITEM DESCRIPTION ON EBAY:
THIS RAZOR IS IN GREAT CONDITION ITS LIKE NEW ...IT HAS BENGALL ON THE TANG .BLACK CELLULOID HANDLE ENGRAVED BLADE {FINEST HOLLOW GROUND }WRITEN ON THE BLADE THE BLADE IS OVER 6/8".THE CASE IS ALSO LIKE NEW. .....POSTAGE $8 TO US & CANADA...$12 TO EUROPE ..$14 TO REST OF THE WORLD ....DISCOUNT FOR MULTI POSTAGE ..

first of all the picture was too far to see the features. but its described "like new" so that what you expect. there are alot of like new blades on ebay and they are "like new".

so the blade arrives. well, both sides of the face of the blade are in very good condition. i might go as far as to call them "like new". this is where the good description ends. the top of the spine has pitting near the end. not just discolouration where some Maas can remove it, we are talking pitting. this isn't hard to see, you can run your finger or fingernail over it to feel it. then the entire underside of the tang is just black with chunks of gunk and/or rust. i mean how obvious is that to the seller!! thats impossible to miss. what happend to the "like new". oh, the box was in brand new shape. yippee, im jumping for joy or something

then lets talk about the shipping. 8$ to the US. WTF again. i can understand 5$ thats priority shipping in which they include a box for free. hell if you wanna go 6$ for priority i won't complain. instead the razor was wrapped with 1 piece of papertowel and then a smidge of bubble wrap. this small chunk was put into a bubble envelope. OK, bubble envelopes are 1$ and shipping first class is 2$. so how the hell do you get to 8$!!!!!!

check out the pic:

so to sum it up. item wasn't described correctly and shipping costs were freaking terrible. Tommyrazor should go into the hall of shame.

ps. he has alot of nice razors but becarefull bidding because of the above. know what you're getting into before hand.
