    Default Craftsman straight razor?

Info on that Craftsman straight razor? Is that just for show or do you think you could get a real live shave from that? For some reason I really like the look. (who woulda known Craftsman made a straight razor).

I don't see a link so I don't know which Craftsman razor you mean but generally speaking, they're very good shavers.

I'll have to look for the link. It's from that art deco place. I believe it's brand new with tortoise shell scales. Make best offer type of deal with a buy it now of $275. I offered $65 -- declined, haha.

Got it. I was mistaken, it's not brand new but in very good condition. Looks to be outside my dwindling budget at the moment but what do you think it's worth?

man, I put a 70 dollar bid on it and the seller rejected it. This has been listed and relisted for MONTHS, and nobody has bit. He wants too damn much IMHO.

I dont know anything about the craftsmen but I think a couple of members here have them and i am sure will chime in ...

as far as that seller I see him buying as much as he is selling. I think he may be buying them and restoring them and reselling.

Ebay is blocked at work, so I can't view the razor. I will say that I have seen at least one Craftsman razor that was exactly the same as an Ern Crown and Sword I once owned. Sears didn't make razors, but rather outsourced the manufacture just as they do with many items today. If this one was made by Ern, it will be a quality razor.

I got my Electric Cutlery straight from this seller. It was in very nice shape. I didn't, however buy it for one of his inflated 'Buy it Now' prices. Always look really close at his pics, not all of his razors are in top shape.
