Very tricky to tell - the pictures aren't close enough - but from my inexeprienced Craftsman blade eye, it looks about right - I'd say post a question to the seller.

Based on the answer already give to the first question, I wouldn't waste my time with another. That blade is in near mint condition?? I guess it's a matter of perception...

Yeah, I saw that too...but he noted that he would accept returns only if he "grossly misrepresented the condition of the item," which I would force him to put down...

The left side of the etching is right at the end of the blade. Mine isn't perfectly centered, but it's not that close to the end.

I'd say it's shortened too. And you are correct calling that mint is already grossly misrepresenting the condition of that item. I'd only buy that if I really had a need to trash someone with negative feedback

If you suspect a problem, just leave it alone. There are plenty more fish in the sea.

It looks shortened to me as well. Two reasons. Long handle overlap and non centered etching.

Now that you mention the non-centred etching, I see why you spotted that. I just thought he long-ish scales was due to the camera angle.

Good eye! (...and that's why I don't buy on the 'Bay)

Sorry but I would PASS on that one just because the seller is way off base there...
Not knowing razors is one thing, but that is used, and stained, and does look short.....

Look at the botton of the banner...

    This is an NOS Craftsman....
