    Default Ebay Wonderedge

    Guys,

There's a wonderedge for sale on Ebay, listing number 330330836985

Just make sure you look at the blade well, the tip, or toe is narrower than the heel of the razor. This vendor sold it before and was made to give a refund. He list's 100% return guarantee. But be warned, and be careful. If you look closely, you can see it.
If this is not a problem to you, OK, but someone may not see it, and he doesn't mention it. It's at least 1mm narrower. It'd have to be breadknifed in m opinion, You'd probaby wind up with a 4/8th's. Maybe one of the senior restorerer's can give their opinion. I know I wouldn't pay 300 bucks for it, and I don't like to see people ripped off. that's for sure, but he's since re listed it because of the Wonderedge boom and is trying to cash in...If you know this seller, and I do, He sells a lot of razors, but he doesn't seem to know how to hone, All his blades are frowning, or narrower at the toe. Razors like this are hard to hone.
If you buy it, and are not satisfied, do not attempt to hone it or alter it in anyway, you may not get a refund.

With my little experience it looks ok to use. But at the same time, if I was paying that price I would want a perfect blade.

Yes, Guys, Seriously, These DD's can go for well over 300 bucks. You want nothing less than a perfect defect free blade. A blade that has been improperly honed over and over, is hard to hone even for an experienced Honemeister. So, be careful. This is a "frowning blade".....it is OK to use, but I wouldn't pay a premium price for it, and as I said, it's gonna be difficult to hone...
